Gloria has over 20-years’ experience coaching, developing and influencing all levels of the organization, from board chairman to the front-line.  

President / Founder of InsideSolutions, LLC (Performance Strategists), Gloria has worked with telecom, healthcare service delivery, aerospace, behavioral health, medical device, pharmaceutical and managed care organizations. Through “just-in-time” support tools, targeted training and process improvement Gloria has supported thousands of employees in our change-filled times. She helps ensure employees adapt and thrive, and strategy is realized, during sensitive site closures, acquisitions, mergers, company growth and evolution.

Throughout his career Tom has maintained two passions—life-long learning and communication. He creates a space for learning and discovery, excelling at creative engagements that impact people and the work results they must achieve—especially when collaborative solutions are required. He facilitates learning and discovery that leads to action. He specializes in change and transition management, training design and facilitation, and coaching.

Tom Turnley

Tom has worked as an educator, writer, facilitator and coach for the past 20 years, with a focus on the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.  

A native of West Virginia, Tom was reared and educated in northern Ohio. Armed with a degree in education, he accepted his first teaching job at a high school in southern Michigan, where he taught English, Journalism, and Speech. He moved to CA to cover entertainment news for a weekly publication, returning to education a few years later as Director of Instruction for a foreign language company in Okayama, Japan. Upon returning to the US, Tom joined a women’s health care company to manage employee communications and training. Following assignments for a pharmaceutical company and a managed care organization, he joined InsideSolutions as a founding partner.
